JesusTalk.AI is NOT a replacement for:
- Professional counseling or therapy
- Licensed mental health treatment
- Medical advice or diagnosis
- Guidance from a licensed or ordained religious leader, pastor, priest, or spiritual director
- Emergency crisis intervention
If you are experiencing a mental health crisis, suicidal thoughts, or any emergency, please contact emergency services (911) or the Suicide & Crisis Lifeline (988) immediately. JesusTalk.AI is a supplementary spiritual tool and should not be relied upon as your sole source of spiritual, emotional, or psychological support.
3. Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years of age to use JesusTalk.AI. If you are between 13 and 18, you must have parental or guardian consent. By using the Service, you represent that you meet these requirements.
4. Account Responsibilities
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized access to your account.
5. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use JesusTalk.AI to:
- Violate any applicable laws or regulations
- Harass, abuse, or harm others
- Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or extract the AI models or proprietary technology
- Use the Service for any commercial purpose without our written consent
- Distribute content generated by the Service in a way that misrepresents it as human-authored religious guidance
- Circumvent any security or access controls
6. AI-Generated Content
All responses provided by JesusTalk.AI are generated by artificial intelligence. While we strive to provide responses that are faithful to the teachings of Jesus and Biblical Scripture, AI-generated content may occasionally contain inaccuracies. You acknowledge that:
- Responses are generated by AI, not by a divine entity
- Content should not be taken as infallible religious doctrine
- You should consult qualified religious leaders and professionals for important spiritual and life decisions
7. Subscription and Payments
Certain features of JesusTalk.AI may require a paid subscription. Payment terms, pricing, and billing cycles will be presented to you before purchase. Subscriptions are managed through the Apple App Store, and their refund policies apply. You may cancel your subscription at any time through your App Store account settings.
8. Intellectual Property
All content, features, and functionality of JesusTalk.AI — including text, graphics, logos, icons, and software — are the property of Legacy Guidance LLC and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from our Service without written permission.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, JesusTalk.AI, its owners, officers, employees, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Service, including but not limited to emotional distress, spiritual harm, or decisions made based on AI-generated content.
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied.
10. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless JesusTalk.AI and its team from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.
11. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to JesusTalk.AI at any time, with or without cause, and with or without notice. You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time.
12. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Nevada. Any disputes arising from these Terms or the Service will be resolved through binding arbitration, except where prohibited by law.
13. Severability
